Sponsorship Agreement

1. Parties and acceptance

This agreement is between ALRIGHTSPICE LIMITED COMPANY, doing business as SizzFizz, and the purchaser identified during checkout.

By electronically accepting these terms and submitting payment, the purchaser makes an offer to acquire the selected SizzFizz sponsorship. SizzFizz accepts that offer only after payment has cleared and SizzFizz has approved the purchaser, business name, and destination link.

2. Selected sponsorship

The purchase applies only to the team, sport, and season identified during checkout.

The applicable price, season, and contractual coverage end date displayed for the selected team become part of this agreement.

3. Exclusive position

SizzFizz offers one exclusive team-level sponsorship position for each team, sport, and season.

Opening or beginning checkout does not reserve the position. The position is secured only after full payment has cleared, SizzFizz has approved the purchaser, and no earlier qualified purchaser has secured the same position.

When competing completed payments occur, the first qualified purchaser to complete payment receives the position. A later purchaser receives a full refund.

4. SizzFizz coverage

Once activated, the approved sponsor identification and link may appear on the selected team card, active athlete cards associated with that team, current head-coach cards, and other designated team-related SizzFizz pages.

Coverage follows the current SizzFizz roster and page structure. Athletes, coaches, pages, and roster associations may change during the season.

5. No official team affiliation

The purchaser sponsors SizzFizz coverage associated with the selected team. The purchaser does not sponsor the team, league, conference, athletes, coaches, or sports organization itself.

Nothing in the sponsorship creates or implies endorsement, authorization, partnership, or official affiliation with any team, league, conference, school, athlete, coach, or governing body.

6. Sponsorship term

Coverage begins only after cleared payment and SizzFizz approval.

Coverage ends on the date displayed during checkout for the selected season. The price is not prorated when the purchaser joins after the season has begun.

7. Sponsor identity and destination link

The purchaser must submit an accurate business name, contact information, and secure destination URL.

SizzFizz may reject or require changes to any name, logo, link, content, business, product, or service that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, infringing, offensive, unsafe, or inconsistent with SizzFizz standards.

A logo may be used only when separately submitted and approved by SizzFizz.

8. Limited display license

The purchaser grants SizzFizz a nonexclusive, royalty-free license during the sponsorship term to display the approved business name, approved logo if applicable, and approved destination link for the purchased coverage.

The purchaser represents that it has authority to provide and authorize the use of those materials.

9. Payment and refunds

Payment is due in full through the payment method offered at checkout.

Refund eligibility is governed by the SizzFizz Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement.

10. No performance guarantee

SizzFizz does not guarantee any minimum number of page views, impressions, clicks, leads, customers, sales, media mentions, or other commercial results.

Audience activity and public interest may vary substantially by team, sport, season, event, and market.

11. Suspension or termination

SizzFizz may suspend or terminate coverage when the purchaser breaches this agreement, provides inaccurate information, changes its business or destination content in a materially unacceptable way, or creates legal, security, reputational, or user-safety concerns.

A termination caused by purchaser breach does not create an automatic right to a refund.

12. Governing law and complete agreement

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The selected offer, this agreement, and the incorporated refund policy form the complete sponsorship agreement unless SizzFizz and the purchaser sign a separate written amendment.
